persuade its producer to shell out an atonishing Rs.50 crores,that too in a
commercial environment where over 90% of the films are resounding flops. )

( Bhansali's "Devdas" was tragic because Shah Rukh,the consummate actor though
he is, never became the weak, besotted Devdas,Aishwarya never became Paro and
